Anti-Money Laundering & KYC Policy

Anti-Money Laundering & KYC Policy

Last Updated: September 2026

Bookieprime.com is committed to maintaining a secure wagering environment and preventing its services from being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful financial activity.

As part of this commitment, Bookieprime maintains Know Your Customer (“KYC”) and Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) procedures designed to verify customers, monitor account activity, and identify transactions or behavior that may require additional review.

1. Customer Verification

Bookieprime may require customers to verify their identity at any time, including when opening or operating an account, making a deposit, requesting a withdrawal, or when account activity requires additional review.

Verification may include requesting:

  • Full legal name
  • Date of birth
  • Residential address
  • Telephone number and email address
  • Government-issued photo identification
  • Proof of residential address
  • Verification of a payment method
  • Additional information reasonably required to establish identity or account ownership

Bookieprime may use electronic verification services or other reasonable methods to confirm information provided by a customer.

Customers must provide accurate and current information. Providing false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information may result in account restrictions, suspension, or closure.

2. Additional Verification

Certain accounts or transactions may require Enhanced Due Diligence (“EDD”).

Bookieprime may request additional information when warranted by the nature, size, frequency, or circumstances of account activity.

This may include:

  • Additional identification
  • Proof of address
  • Proof of ownership of a payment method or cryptocurrency wallet
  • Information regarding occupation or business activities
  • Source of Funds
  • Source of Wealth
  • Bank, payment processor, or cryptocurrency transaction records
  • An explanation of particular deposits, withdrawals, or account activity

Requests for additional verification do not necessarily indicate wrongdoing. They form part of Bookieprime’s risk-based compliance procedures.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Bookieprime accounts are intended for wagering and entertainment purposes and must not be used as a banking or money-transfer service.

Customers should generally deposit and withdraw funds using payment methods held in their own name or under their control.

Bookieprime may:

  • Reject or investigate third-party deposits or withdrawals;
  • Require proof of ownership of a payment method;
  • Require withdrawals to be returned through the original deposit method where reasonably possible;
  • Request additional verification before processing a withdrawal; and
  • Delay or restrict a transaction while a legitimate security, fraud, AML, sanctions, or compliance review is conducted.

Bookieprime may review accounts involving substantial deposits followed by little or no genuine wagering activity before a withdrawal is requested.

4. Cryptocurrency Transactions

Where Bookieprime permits deposits or withdrawals using cryptocurrency, customers may be required to demonstrate ownership or control of the cryptocurrency wallet used for a transaction.

Cryptocurrency transactions may be subject to compliance screening and additional review.

Bookieprime may decline or investigate transactions associated with sanctioned persons or entities, known illicit activity, stolen funds, fraud, suspicious wallet activity, prohibited services, or other unacceptable compliance risks.

Bookieprime may request transaction records, wallet information, or Source of Funds information when reasonably necessary.

5. Transaction and Account Monitoring

Bookieprime monitors customer accounts and transactions using risk-based procedures.

Activity that may require additional review can include:

  • Unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns
  • Multiple accounts controlled by the same individual
  • Attempts to divide transactions into smaller amounts
  • Deposits from multiple unrelated payment sources
  • Third-party deposits or withdrawal requests
  • Significant cryptocurrency transfers inconsistent with normal account activity
  • Large deposits followed by minimal wagering
  • Rapid movement of funds into and out of an account
  • Unusual or coordinated account activity
  • Account information inconsistent with payment information
  • Activity inconsistent with information previously provided by the customer

Bookieprime may contact a customer for additional information or documentation when account activity requires clarification.

6. Source of Funds and Source of Wealth

Bookieprime may request information regarding the origin of funds deposited into an account.

Depending upon the circumstances, acceptable documentation may include bank statements, employment or business records, investment records, cryptocurrency transaction history, evidence of asset sales, or other reasonable documentation establishing the legitimate origin of funds.

Higher-value or higher-risk accounts may also be asked to provide information regarding Source of Wealth.

Failure to provide reasonably requested information may result in transaction delays, account restrictions, suspension, or closure.

7. Politically Exposed Persons and Sanctions

Bookieprime may screen customers and transactions against applicable sanctions, watchlists, and Politically Exposed Person (“PEP”) databases.

Identification as a PEP does not automatically prevent a person from maintaining an account. However, additional verification and monitoring may be required.

Bookieprime will not knowingly provide services where doing so would violate applicable sanctions or other legal requirements.

8. Account Restrictions and Compliance Reviews

Where Bookieprime identifies a security, fraud, AML, sanctions, identity-verification, or other compliance concern, Bookieprime may take reasonable measures including:

  • Requesting additional documentation;
  • Restricting deposits or withdrawals;
  • Restricting wagering activity;
  • Temporarily suspending an account;
  • Conducting additional account verification;
  • Rejecting a transaction; or
  • Closing an account where appropriate.

The nature or existence of certain compliance investigations or legally required reports may be confidential, and Bookieprime may therefore be unable to provide customers with detailed information regarding a particular review.

9. Multiple Accounts

Unless expressly authorized by Bookieprime, customers may maintain only one account.

Creating or operating multiple accounts to circumvent verification procedures, transaction limits, account restrictions, promotional rules, or compliance controls is prohibited.

Accounts reasonably believed to be connected may be subject to additional review.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate registration information;
  • Keeping account information current;
  • Using payment methods they are legally entitled to use;
  • Responding to reasonable verification requests;
  • Providing genuine and unaltered documents;
  • Using their account only for lawful wagering purposes; and
  • Complying with Bookieprime’s Terms and Conditions.

Customers must not use Bookieprime to conceal the origin or ownership of funds, transfer funds between unrelated persons, evade sanctions or financial restrictions, or conduct any unlawful financial activity.

11. Record Keeping and Privacy

Bookieprime may retain customer identification records, transaction records, account activity, verification documentation, and compliance records for the period required by applicable law and legitimate business or regulatory requirements.

Information obtained through AML and KYC procedures will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and Bookieprime’s Privacy Policy.

Information may be disclosed to competent authorities, regulators, financial institutions, payment providers, or other authorized parties where required or permitted by applicable law.

12. Cooperation With Authorities

Bookieprime may cooperate with law enforcement, regulatory authorities, financial intelligence units, payment providers, and other competent authorities when legally required or otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Where reporting obligations apply, Bookieprime may report transactions or account activity that it reasonably determines meet applicable reporting requirements.

13. Policy Enforcement

Bookieprime reserves the right to apply reasonable verification and compliance measures based upon the individual circumstances and risk associated with an account or transaction.

Verification requirements may therefore differ between customers.

Bookieprime may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in applicable laws, regulations, payment methods, technology, or compliance standards.

Continued use of Bookieprime following an update constitutes acceptance of the current version of this policy.
